Prospect Park Boathouse Headshot Photographer

This summer has been a busy one!! I have a LinkedIn headshot promotion going on from now until October. Here are some examples from a recent shoot. “E” is looking for upper management opportunities in the non profit world and needed a natural, headshot that spoke to her environmental planning background. We decided on a sunset shoot at Prospect Park. And, boy was it hot! but we worked through it.

When shooting pretty women like E, I like to give her an option that looks just a bit more aggressive, by showing the broad side of her face. Women that hire me appreciate this pic especially when working in an male dominant career. So what was just lovely headshots has an edgier picture too!

If you are interested in having your headshots done for a professional or personal profile (social media/dating), lets shoot! I have a cool indoor studio and access to private and public spaces in and near Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

Summer Wedding in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn

On a beautiful summer afternoon, on a Sunday in July, I had the pleasure of photographing Jen and Jamie’s intimate wedding. We met at their pre-war apartment for getting ready photos and then took some portraits on a tree lined street in Victorian Flatbush. After that, the bride and groom made their entrance at a hip Italian restaurant on Cortelyou / Stratford Road.

The nuptials were a simple interfaith ceremony with Jewish roots, under the Chuppah outside the restaurant. After, guests went inside for a lively dinner party, including the Horah tradition!! The folks that attended this wedding were such a beautiful, loving group! I appreciate every memory that came out of this day.

Here are some of my favorite wedding photos in my signature photo-journalistic style from that day. And as always, please contact me if you’d like to hire me for your wedding!
